Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. Hell tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, & that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.

Despite the grand name, Horatios always been shy until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, hes happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, & confident.
