Damaged & Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. A return postage label will be issued to you, so you can return the faulty item free of charge. We may request you email us photographs of the damaged item.

- Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days.
- Please do NOT send damaged items back to us without contacting us first.

All other returns

If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us. We will issue you with store credit for the full value of the items you return.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days.
  • Products must be in undamaged condition.
  • Items must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging, with tags still attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Store credit vouchers cannot be used towards shipping costs on future orders.
We recommend you send all products using registered post, with your returns address on the reverse side of your parcel. Store credit is not issued for items lost or damaged in transit.

Be sure to include your name, address and order number with the returned item.

Once your item arrives and has passed inspection, we will issue you a store credit voucher code for the full value of the item you have returned (not including shipping costs, which are non-refundable). The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any item in our store. Please note that store credit vouchers cannot be used towards shipping costs.
