How much is shipping?
Orders with a product total over $100 – Shipping is FREE to anywhere in Australia.
Orders with a product total less than $100 – Shipping is $9.95 to anywhere in Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?
Within 2 business days, excluding VIC public holidays, school holidays or during sales & peak times.

How long will my order take to get to me?
Delivery time will vary depending on the destination address and Australia Post delays due to COVID lockdowns and restrictions. We are located in Ballarat 3350 in Victoria.

Can I track my order?
Yes, all our parcels are sent via Australia Post’s eParcel service, which includes tracking. Australia Post will send you an email containing tracking instructions once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse.

What will happen if I am not home when my parcel arrives?
Your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection. The delivery driver will leave a card in your letterbox to let you know that you have a parcel to collect.

Can I give permission for you to leave my parcel on my doorstep?
Sorry, all our deliveries must be signed for. We do not allow Australia Post to leave our parcels if there is no one home.

Are all your products in stock?
Our website uses an inventory control system that only allows you to order items which we have in stock. In the rare event that we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will offer you a full refund for the item.

What happens if my parcel is RTS (Returned to Sender)?
In the event your parcel is Returned to Sender, a fee for the return postage is charged to us by Australia Post. Once we receive the returned parcel, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued with a store credit voucher. The voucher will be for the value of your original purchase, minus the original postage fee and minus an additional charge to cover the Australia Post RTS fee. All postage charges are non-refundable. The products from your order will be returned to stock and become available for any customer to purchase. Please be aware that some products are in high demand and may sell out once relisted.

Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, we do not ship orders overseas. We only ship to delivery addresses within Australia.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we do deliver to post office boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers. If the parcel does not fit in the PO box, a card may be left & the parcel will need to be collected within the Australia Post building.

I live in Ballarat, can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately no, collection in person is not possible at this time. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel with full tracking & require a signature on delivery.
